How long did you notice a difference using MourMourCreme?

With regards to texture I noticed it almost immediately after application. I noticed Amours hair growth around 3weeks after use. With myself I noticed it was easier to maintain within a few days as my scalp did not need as much attention as it did before.

 

Have you added any Chemicals to your products?

MourMourCrème is 100% natural. No extra chemicals or preservatives have been added.

 

How will I know if I am allergic to the ingredients?

I would recommend doing a skin test before applying MourMourCreme. Please also tell us your allergies in the note to seller section.

 

Can MourMourCrème be catered to our needs?

Yes, if you have an allergy or a skin/scalp condition your product can be altered using the Create-your-own-Creme product option - please see our product list

How old does my child have to be to use MourMourCreme on him/her?

I started using MourMourCreme on my daughter when she was 6months old. However, it is up to parental preference.

 

Can you Cold Press my MourMourCreme product?

We do indeed. To order a cold pressed version, please state when ordering, in the note to seller section. Otherwise it will be presumed you would like to order the MourMourCreme whipped. If you tend to overuse hair products, I would advise you order a cold pressed version, to help you use only what is necessary.

 

How much is postage & packaging?

P&P is £4.50 and will be sent via first class delivery with Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, in most circumstances you can, however since we try and offer a speedy service it is important you email us to cancel your order as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
